'Something Went Wrong' Notice When I Try to Access My Tidal Playlists From SONOS APP ON ANDROID

I have updated SONOS, TIDAL, rebooted my router, uninstalled and reinstalled both, and still no solution. I have not re-authorized TIDAL because that selection isn’t available on my app. I am really close to closing my account and going elsewhere, especially when there is no human customer support.

Any suggestions? Note, the Windows desktop app works fine. TIA.

As far as I’m aware, Sonos Support still takes phone calls. I don’t believe they’ve hooked up any voice chatbots to Sonos Support . Although they do appear to have a Chatbot hooked up to their ‘chat’ service online.
