The Something Went Wrong error has returned. Deleting Amazon Music and reinstalling works for maybe a day, and we’re right back here. All other streaming services work fine. And, yes, I’ve rebooted and restarted everything.

UPDATE the solution was to switch to Tidal. Sounds great and it actually works flawlessly.
