my sonos system works great. the problem I’m having is trying to update the software on my wife’s IPhone. Her iPad, my iPad and iPhone are already updated to rev 15.2 on the s2 app.Keep getting an error 1101 on her phone when trying to upgrade. HELP please BTW her iPhone is currently ver 14.2 if that helps

For S2, the Sonos system requirements say iOS 14, so that shouldn’t be an obstacle. Is the device hampered by some sort of VPN/Work profile, that could be blocking it from reaching Apple’s servers or the speakers themselves (an 1101, if I remember, is a timeout on a connection) in order to check various things?

Please uninstall the Sonos app from your wife’s phone, then install it again from the App Store.
