Sorry to hear of the issues you’ve had with trying to log in to the Sonos app.
I’d like to look into this situation for you - are you able to submit a support diagnostic from the app? If so, please let me know when you have done so (but don’t share the given number here) and I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Thanks.
Before doing so, however, please ensure that your Sonos systems and Sonos apps are fully up-to-date. System: Settings icon » Manage » System Updates » Check for updates. App: go to App Store or Play Store and search for Sonos, update if available.
