Given the loss of a major function of the application (loss of access to the local network for the playback of personal music), I would like Sonos to offer compensation. Without this function (NAS network) the sonos speakers are not suitable for me. Could you help me in order to get un financial payback because of this problem. (the sonos price need another quality for their consumers)

Compensation you seek is precluded by the EULA you agreed to when you purchased and installed the system.  Sad but true.
