Hi everyone. I just got a SYMFONISK speaker and successfully installed the Sonos app on my Samsung phone. I added the Spotify service correctly but if I try to install the Tidal service the app goes into error even though the Tidal site gave me confirmation of authorization.
Has this happened to anyone yet?

I’ve had a look on our end and it looks like there is an issue with loading the icon for Tidal, but nothing that would outright prevent you from adding the service to your system.
When you receive an error, are you given a specific error code? Can you try adding Tidal to your system with a different phone or device?
I would suggest you reboot your home network, Sonos system, and controller you are trying to add Tidal with by powering them off for a minute or two, then try to add Tidal to your system once everything is back online.

I solved the problem by logging out of my Sonos and Tidal accounts.
I then logged in again and was able to add the Tidal service to the Sonos Android app
