playing itunes music library after upgrade

Despite a lengthy phone call, help was unable to get new Sonos upgrade to pick up my iTunes music library, keeps asking for logins and passwords, which I don’t have. Has worked fine for many years; have added additional speakers at considerable cost, and I now can’t access my 38,000 song iTunes music library!!!

so frustrating!!

I’m having the same issue.

My spouse has a smaller iTunes Library - on the same hard drive- and that one works.

No word from Sonos on why I lost access to iTunes after the upgrade. Or when it will get fixed.

There is word from Sonos on a fix to some music library issues:

I don’t know if that will sort your issues?

Nope.

Not a single word about fixing iTunes libraries that do not appear in the app.
