other members using the same system


Ever since the new app has been released, my wife is unable to search music or use the app in any meaningful manner. Is anyone else having the same issue? Does anyone know the solution?

You need to provide more details as to why your wife is having trouble with these features, we are not telepathic

Thank you for your sarcasm but basically the app does not work on her phone. She can't access and music, she can't search for anything. 

We have uninstalled the app a number of times and reinstalled it but that doesn't work. The app partially works on my phone but takes and absolutely age to do anything whether it be adjusting the volume or applying a playlist or radio station.

You’re still not giving us much information. Simply saying “it doesn’t work” isn’t enough. 
 

Is her phone supported? Did it work before? Are features greyed out? Does she get any error messages? Is she on your system or a different one?
