No inported playlist

I am using a Mac Mini as my storage site for my music.  I am finally able to load my music library to the Sonos system.  But the imported playlist did not import.  What am I missing when I manage the system?

Thank you for reaching out about the missing playlists in your music library in Sonos. Glad to hear you were able to add the share in the first place. Now, let’s try and get the importred playlists sorted as well!

I have a few ideas, what could be wrong. To confirm my suspicions and set you on the right path, it’s best to submit a diagnostic (please do not share the number here) and contact our technical support who have the right set-up to help out.

I have the same issue but with a NAS. In the new Sonos Update, om suddenly allowed to add the NAS as music library. It is, however, a hassle because Sonos doesn’t readily accept and save the path and login info. And the next day, I have to do it all again. Also, now as a new twist to the poor app, I’m logged out every morning. I wonder if I can get a full refund?
