new app. not able to search in you see musik


Searching in the new app is still broken when searching Yousee musik. In the old app I could switch to classic search 

 

I can browse the Yousee musik service. 

I have tried to delete and add the service again with no luck 

 

I hope you will look into this problem

After the latest ios update, that came yesterday, mine is finally working again. 👍

Same here it’s driving me crazy to be honest , even tried to reinstall the old app but can only get the new one , never really worked that good on the old app , like you say classic search was the solution

Having the same problem since I downloaded the new Sonos app last week. Please fix it fast!!

Search in the new Sonos app returns an error “Something went wrong…” (see screenshots below).

 

I can manually select songs and stations,  but searching is somehow not working.
 

I tried resetting the app, rebooting the internet, turning all Sonos products off and on again. and tried all things on the App. All services are operational as well. The search is not “searching” still and the error message persists

Same exact problem. It's so frustrating. 

The sonos app search interface cannot produce any result. The specific service can, if I click into that and search that. But the frontpage doesn't work. 

Tried factory resetting 3 times 

Tried changing wifi rSTP to STP and so on and so on. But its doesn't change a thing. 

 

They look into this fast

The most annoying is that Sonos support isn't doing anything on this issue.
