with the new app, I can no longer access any of my music now can I associate my computer to the app - when it does work, I like the sound - but I am about ready to dump this very expensive product (move) and go back to bose...anyone else having same issue?

If you mean you cannot access your local library then yes lots of other people are having the same problem, but not everyone. There are solutions out there that have worked for some people, so rather than cover the same ground search the forums as there are many many topics that cover this same issue.
Or as you say, dump it and go back to Bose. Your choice.
