new app


Trying to respond, long time Sonos, 10 devices, new app is terrible.   Crashes, errors, and cant use it to find what was obvious.   Way to kill Sonos!

Had similar experience. REALLY frustrating. 9 times out of 10 my App display is empty and I have to quit & reboot to get anything. Would go back to the old app now if I had the choice 🤨

I have Sonos all over my home including outside and nothing works hold time on phone 1 hour!!!! Ridiculous 🤬

Same thing here. Speakers don’t respond to volume change. Music sometimes takes several seconds or even minutes to start playing. Adjust volume and it automatically reverts back to where it was. Especially have issues with Spotify.
