I’ve seen quite a few comments from fellow Sonos users having this issue where Napster is the primary streaming service on their Sonos and it no longer works, but I’ve not seen any suggestions to resolve this from Sonos on the forum. 
 

 This is the error message below that I’m getting. 
Since the large update on Sonos the app has been pretty dire.
