The option to select ‘My music’ from my own music library has disappeared from the Sonos app.  I can no longer find my own music library.

Look for months I have trying to get my music to play on this good for nothing Sonos app. I call get someone to help me get my music added. When done it may work for an hour or a day or two then it changes the music path. Sonos is so terrible I just listed my 5 speakers. I am finished with this system. I always liked the speakers but I am done.

Have you tried to connect to your library from a PC or Mac? If you do have either, reset your app and reconnect to your system.

Restart your phone and router.

I am  S T I L L  unable to see my own music library ANYWHERE in Sonos’ appalling mess of an iPhone app.

Yes, I can see my music library on my Mac, but it is the phone app I’m complaining about.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sodding thing.  Still no good.  All I can see are subscription music services and recently-played radio stations.

We have all seen Sonos apologies and promises to put it right.  These are clearly insincere.  Sonos bleats pathetically that it’s complicated and being done but it takes time.  Weasel words indeed.   It would take. not months and months, but a few MINUTES, to ‘update’ the app across the world with the one that we had before, which WORKED.
By all means, Sonos, work away on the new version, but don’t force the entire world to use your defective app for the whole time that you are developing and debugging it.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a defective, very expensive, commercial product.
