HI,  I recently added my iTunes music library to the Sonos app on my PC.  All the songs are there and its even plays a few bars of them but then loses connection and moves onto the next….its driving me mad….any ideas,  the music library I stored on an external hard drive wired into the PC.

What audio format are the files?

How does the PC connect to the network, and how is/are the Sonos unit/s connected?

Have you tried temporarily taking the external drive out of the loop by copying a few files to the PC’s own drive and indexing them from there?
