The latest Sonos app for iPhone and iPad. Version 80.18.25.

There are still a number of UI communication errors.

Instead of descriptions, various placeholders or codes are shown.

This only occurs when the iOS/iPadOS system language is set to Polish.

When switching the language to English, these errors disappear. Messages are displayed correctly.

Attached are examples of the errors.

The issues also occur during speaker setup and any changes to the Sonos system settings.

Hi @Marko330

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue with the Sonos app. Currently, we’re aware of an issue where the Sonos app displays placeholder text when mobile OS language is set to Polish or Portuguese. The team is investigating but does not have any ETA to share on when this will be fixed. The workaround would be to set the mobile OS language to another supported language.

I’ve tagged this thread as having the issue and will update if I hear back regarding a resolution.

I hope this information helps.

Hi @Marko330,

Good news, this issue is marked as resolved by the team now. Make sure both your phone’s OS and the Sonos app are up to date, then check the app to see if the issue still occurs. If so, please contact our support team.

I hope this helps!

Confirmed. It’s okay for now.
