I have a problem logging onto Sonos from my iPhone - I get “something went wrong. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet and try again”. My iPhone is connected to the internet.
I can use my phone to play some of the free services such as radio, however when I try browsing Deezer i get the error “unable to browse music - there was a problem connecting to Deezer.
Other devices in our house are fine - they can operate Sonos as usual - the problem is specific to my app/phone (on the latest IOS and app has been deleted/reinstall). Please help!!
