Horrid app

As a certified Sonos dealer of 10 plus years how can I continue to recommend a product to my clients that I can't even get to work properly. I have never in my 30 years of being in the AV industry run into an app so bad. I would love to speak to someone about how to correct these issues for my clients who have trusted me over the years.   Joseph Lively

This is a Sonos Community forum, not direct communication with a Sonos rep. You’re much better off calling your Sonos rep directly. Hopefully a mod will try to protect your privacy by removing your phone number, I’m not sure that posting such is in the terms and conditions of using this forum, but certainly opens you up to a substantial opportunity of prank calls.

And, I see a moderator beat me to the punch. I’d urge you, if you don’t have a sales rep, to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
