I get “operation failed” when I try to like a song on Pandora

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue when trying to like a song in Pandora within the Sonos App.

It is not possible for me to reproduce as I’m restricted by geo-location since I live in the UK and Pandora is not available here.

Does it go through if you attempt to like(rate) a song via the Pandora App or If you use a different device (smartphone/tablet)?

As a troubleshooting step, you can remove and re-add Pandora in the Sonos App and try again.

If you are still getting the “operation failed” error message, please contact our Support Team for live troubleshooting.

100% a Sonos issue.  Let’s be honest, it is.  Also why even have an option for “preferred music service” if after any update it returns to Sonos as a default.  I miss when Sonos worked well, I used to hold it on a pedestal like Lutron Homeworks/RA.  But just like RA3 and QSX depend on the cloud so does Sonos, only exception what ever cheap fly-by-night cloud Sonos uses is dark.
