Error: Audible account already setup

I attempted to add Audible as a music service (I likely had added it before, perhaps years ago.)

  1. On Amazon’s authorization page it says it was successful.
  1. When I return to Sonos (I tried it on both iPhone app and Macbook App), it says Error: This Audible account is already set up on your Sonos. No need to add it again. But it’s not in my list of music services.

Any ideas?

I have the latest versions of the Sonos and Audible apps on my phone, and have the latest updates to the ‘controllers’ (from the desktop app).

Try adding the service using a mobile controller Sonos App instead. The PC/MAC desktop controllers have been in ‘maintenance mode’ for quite some time and some system admin functions are not available. The mobile App (Android or iOS) should hopefully resolve the issue… well, here’s hoping.🤞

Make sure the Country is set correctly in your Sonos account. This is especially important for Audible.
