Hi. I'm aware that there are already discussion threads around this, but they haven't helped (that could be my ignorance). I have a Sonos Five linked to my Spotify account. How do I use the crossfade feature? I find the whole interface between the two systems confusing at the best of times, so may be doing something wrong. For clarity...I start a playlist within Spotify, then cast to my Sonos speaker from Spotify. Sonos app allows me to press the 'Crossfade' toggle to 'on', but as soon as I go back to the main menus it defaults to 'off' again. Additionally...Spotify won't allow a user to use the crossfade option when casting songs to a speaker system.  I have been on Live Chat and Sonos rebooted the system...to no avail.
