The Connect Amp that drives my four outdoor speakers no longer outputs sound to one side (right side). The other left side works fine and I have switched the speakers around to make sure it’s not the speakers.

Tried rebooting and resetting to no avail. Is the amp blown?

What is the music source? Likely this is a hardware issue. You should touch base with SONOS phone support. Meanwhile, refrain from Factory Reset because this will destroy diagnostic data that could have  been useful.
