Cannot add Sonos Radio on a second setup

Hello,
I have a Sonos setup at the office and I installed Sonos Radio.
But with my setup at home (with the same account) I cannot add Sonos Radio (the button to install the service is not present).  It is like it’s already installed but it is not.

Did you encountered this issue?

Sonos Radio is a default service that is always installed. 

Have you tried to reauthorise the service in the app?

Thanks Mr. T,
I desintalled the app, ensure all updates are installed.
For the service, there is no option to reathorise on the home setup.
On the office setup, I can manage everything.

I am curious. Is there any chance your home system is S1, and the work system is S2? Are both using the same Sonos ‘account’? 

Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I’m curious, why would the system being S1 or S2 matter? Sonos Radio is included on all systems.

To reauthorise, you would go to Account > Content Services > Sonos Radio > User > Reauthorise Account

I don’t have an S1 system to test on, so it seemed like it might be a good piece of data to ask about. And, if they were two separate types of systems, that could be something further to look at.
