Assigning a Room to One SL -- ALWAYS Reverts back to "Sonos"

When I assign a room (e.g. “bedroom”) to my One SL pair, the designation always  reverts back to “Sonos”. This does not happen for my other speakers in my system. Any ideas of how I can fix this? Thanks.

If you are using Apple devices have a look in HomeKit and see if the speaker is there. If it is, then change its name in HomeKit.

Voice or other app making the change?

It is almost never the Sonos Controller doing it.

I think other ‘third party’ home management systems, beyond Apple’s HomeKit, have the same issue. For some reason, they tend to ‘control’ the names of rooms.
