Hello! Very recently I moved to a new place and took my sonos speakers with me. With a new wifi i had to create a new sonos system and that went really well. I factory reseted my speakers and then added them to the system. Everything works completely fine except the alarm function. It does not even play a chime, nothing. I go to the alarm page configurate an alarm and after that there is no sign from the speakers. I think it’s a bug in the app because in the menu where you choose the song for your alarm it says ”your sonos favority will show upp here” and i have plenty of sonosfavourites but none of them are showing. Please help me with this, alarms were my favourite function!

+12Are your speakers muted? There seems to be a bug in the latest software that mutes the speakers.
Thanks for the reply but that does not seem to be the problem. The alarm does not show up in the app when it should be on. Before I moved you could see in the app that the alarm was ”ringing”, I can’t see anything like that anymore.
