Hello @AndrewUK75, welcome back!
I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Sonos Alarm not playing on all your grouped Sonos products.
Does the alarm go off at the selected Bedroom room? What I would suggest is to recreate the group and make sure that when you do that, select Bedroom first and then add the other rooms in it.
This will make Bedroom the Group Coordinator and also refresh the connection between the speakers.
If you are still experiencing this, please Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of reproducing and then reach out to our Support Team for live troubleshooting.
They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
I hope this helps.
The alarm plays in the bedroom only despite grouped rooms being selected and grouped at night. I have reset all alarms but same problem. It appears Sonos is disconnecting rooms overnight. This is a recent problem after the latest update.
What did Support say, after you submitted the diagnostic, and called in, as @Sotiris C. suggested?
So narrowed the problem down a bit further. An issue with AirPlay (not an issue before). If speakers were grouped and playing music through AirPlay, come morning, it will ungroup speakers and play music to bedroom only using an imported Sonos playlist but if I’m playing this Sonos playlist the when I go to bed, the room will stay grouped.
have submitted a diagnostic but this is a new issue following the latest release.
Just remember, Sonos doesn’t automatically look at the diagnostics you send in, you have to call in before they’ll pull it up to analyze it.
