Adding Deezer in Australia

Is anyone else having problems with Deezer in Australia attaching the service to their Sonos account ?

I am not sure what Zendesk is, nor what it has to do with Deezer on Sonos, but I wish you luck.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you are having with adding your Deezer account to your Sonos system.

First, I recommend you reboot all the devices involved - the router, your speaker(s), and your phone/tablet with the Sonos app. Please reboot the router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds.

If the issue persists after that, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Corry P thanks for the look in and mention..... I have already done what's been suggested and I appreciate the suggestions, so I am long into trying to deal with technical but find myself running headfirst into "Zendesk" and my dealings with them over the many years has been way, way, less than desirable....... I now as per the norm find myself somewhat fighting with them to delete my accounts and data for a reset and try again..... If anyone is interested I will keep you posted ..... Or if anyone else has had sub standard dealings with Zendesk Australia let me know... Thanks all have fun and merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Here’s the main page for Zendesk

In the past, I’ve considered them to supply support in several cases in my career, they never passed muster. Perhaps they’ve improved, I don’t know. I haven’t looked in to their services in years.

Corry Zendesk handle the helpdesk for many things including Sonos in Australia and around the world...... Airgetlem is seems we have a lot in common and I would fully agree with you that this company is responsible for a lot of let's say mismanagement in this field and sector...... I very very rarely reach out to the community for assistance, I like the Sonos products and community seems solid, you have helped me more than you realise....... And I thankyou and community communication in general.

Glad to be of help, but Sonos does not use Zendesk - in Australia or anywhere else.
