Adding BBC Sounds to Sonos Era 100

I just bought an Era 100 Sonos and I set it up and I am using Spotify on it but I really want to listen to Radio 4 and BBC Sounds. The instructions are to open the Sonos app - fine and go to Settings fine and then go to Services and Voice - not find because my app doesn’t have this. I searched through all the radio channels and searched for BBC Sounds and it says it has nothing. I just don’t know what I need to do.

I don’t think you are in the correct spot.  See this link for instructions on how to add BBC Sounds as a service: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/services/bbc-sounds

I’d log in to your Sonos account at www.sonos.com, and check that your location is set properly. Sonos uses that (somewhat) to filter what shows to you as available content in your controller.

Failing that, I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Yes I have done this, my original query stated clearly what actions I have taken. I have followed this Sonos guidance without success.

On the first page it shows your content services and a word, probably something like “manage” (I’m not using the English language version of the app, so it says “Beheren” on my screen shot). Scroll down and find the option to ad content services.

And indeed you need to set your profile on the Sonos website to the UK whilst installing BBC Sounds.
