Cant access music library. 

Error message shown. Believed it is blocked by ESET firewall.

Have you installed the Sonos Windows controller and used that to configure your music library? It’s needed, to also install a background service which Sonos uses to access the files. 


Yes, tried on lap top and mobile ( andariod)
