Hello Kevin,

The Sonos Desktop controller for Mac requires Mac OS X 10.6.8 or higher. Please make sure you're running at least 10.6.8 by clicking on the Apple menu > About this Mac.

If you're running a high enough version of the OS X software, can you open up Console from your System Utilities and then launch the Sonos software? What error messages come up in the Console log when the software launches?

Cheers.
