As you can replicate this issue due to specific files failing, please attempt to play the files you having issues with then submit a diagnostic and reply here with the confirmation number. I can then have a look into what error is causing these files to fail.
It’s also possible that the files on Spotify and Audible aren’t working. Would you be able to let me know what you are attempting to play? If you play these on another device that isn’t Sonos, does the file still fail at the same place?
