Pop up window

Anyone have an idea how to stop the pop-up window from showing up on the computer when using the controller on a Mac?  I checked preferences. It’s very annoying. There does not seem to be a way to stop it form happening or even close it. You just have to wait until it closes on it’s own.

Any thoughts?

That’s an Apple setting, not a unique Sonos setting.

Go to Apple’s System Preferences>Notifications>Sonos and turn off notifications.

Hi @Melman.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community! Let me help you figure this out.

May I know what specifically is the message showing on the pop-up?

To check some data from your system, please send in a diagnostic report through the Sonos app and reply with the confirmation number. I'd start by reviewing your system.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Annazel, Thanks.   It’s just a pop-up window showing what music/artist is playing. But it is very annoying. There does not seem to be a way to stop it or close it.

It actually didn’t work.  I uncheck everything. Still getting the annoying notice.  Hate it.

@Melman Be sure to select NONE under “Sonos Alert Style”.
