How do I find a VALID MAC number for my Sonos Roam. The number on the end of the unit reads 1C:5373A-RM027. My router software says this is an invalid MAC. I tried removing one or both special characters ( : and/or - ) with no luck.

In the app, go to Settings > System > About My System. Scroll down to the Roam. The MAC address is the serial number up to the ':'.
