We have 3 Sonos speakers in a holiday let apartment and up until now they have been working fine, however now the app is saying it needs to update as soon as you go on to it (no chance to do anything else). For the update to go ahead it is asking for login details, however we don’t recognise the email address it is asking for so we are assuming a previous guest added their details at some point. Does anyone know if there is any way around this as at the moment the speakers can’t be used?

If you can’t reset the password, the account is associated to an email address you don’t have access to, you could factory reset  all 3 speakers and essentially start over again.
