Hi, just curious if anyone knows of a way to control the Sonos speaker (e.g. Play 5) volume with a physical hardware volume knob.

Like if I am using the Sonos App on my computer, is there any way to control the Sonos volume with a USB device like this:

Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions!

Theres always the Nuimo by Senic, but it’s not cheap.  Theres also the iPort xPress that has physical up and down buttons.  There may be others and things you can do with IFTTT using the device you linked, but I doubt it would work.

The Ikea remote (needs an Ikea Gaeteway) is the cheapest way to add a remote: https://www.theverge.com/2019/10/1/20892984/ikea-sound-controller-review-symfonisk

My app lets you use the Microsoft Dial control for volume.

Ikea Symfonisk retails for 15 Euros. You still need the Ikea tradfri Basestation though.
