I would like to confirm that you can connect to any Sonos devices through the Sonos app using multiple controllers, as long as they are on the same network and using thesame Sonos app. I would recommend going through the steps below to successfully connect any controller to your existing Sonos system through the Sonos app as long as they are on thesame WiFi network.
- Download the Sonos app through our website.
- Please make sure you download the appropriate app for the corresponding controller you intend to use.
- Open the Sonos app and choose connect to the existing Sonos system,
- If it would not connect, I would suggest force closing the Sonos app,
- Turn off and turn on WiFi on your mobile phone’s settings.
- Re-connect to your WiFi name where the Sonos Move is connected.
- Open the Sonos app.
- Connect to the existing Sonos system.
