When I am in Apple Music on my computer, I see 35 playlists. When I am in Apple Music on my Sonos app, I only see 23 of them. Why is that?

Hi @OjaiSam,

There’s a distinction to be made between the Apple Music app on your PC, and the Apple Music streaming service available in the Sonos app.

iTunes was renamed on Mac to “Apple Music”, causing a bit of confusion between this program and their already established music streaming service.

The app on your Mac likely has some playlists that were created when the app was still called iTunes, and these playlists are not uploaded to the streaming service; the version of Apple Music that you see inside Sonos.

You should be able to add the contents of these playlists by adding your Music Library to Sonos.

Let me know how you get on.
