Sonos Speaker Connected To One Device But Not Another

My Sonos speaker is not showing up on my phone, but it is showing up on another person’s phone in my household. Both phones have the most up to date Sonos app and are logged in to the same account. I tried to reset the speaker and the wifi router, but the issue persists.

Are some speakers showing on the errant phone, or no speakers at all?

What phone types?

If the answers are “none” and “iOS” then enable Local Network access under Settings/Sonos

Try rebooting your phone and deleting and reinstalling the Sonos app.
