My ZP90 keeps flashing white and does not show up in S1 anymore. I had run an update which completed downloading to the unit but got stuck at unit "restart" with light flashing white for a few days. I tried plugging off and on and tried reset by holding the mute button but light just keeps flashing as soon as I plug in power. Is there anything else I should do? Thanks!

As you have already tried a factory reset with no success, I suspect you may have a hardware issue, but maybe contact/chat to Sonos Support Staff and see what they recommend. Here is the LINK to contact them.
