Unlink two speakers

Sometimes when I want to play Apple Music from my phone or computer to only one of the three speakers in our home, it plays to two. I want to unlink the Office speaker (One), from the Dining Room (Play 1) speaker but don’t see how to do that. I’m not sure why they’re behaving this way in the first place.
