Unable to Connect Device Sonos one

We keep getting an error message saying that we are “unable to connect devices. Try again later.” We have a Sonos arc, a play one, two Sonos ones, and a move. The Sonos ones and the move won’t connect to any other devices in the system. They will work individually, but I’m unable to use features like “play everywhere“ or any groups. We have restarted the router and restarted all the devices as some of the forums recommend.

we also ran a diagnostic: 2083649892

See if cabling a stand-alone Play:1/Sonos One direct to your router makes any difference and ensure that WiFi isolation, QOS and/or Airtime Fairness are not enabled in your router settings.

So that did work, but only while it’s plugged in. When I remove the cord it stops working and now the Arc is no longer showing as in our system in app.

Actually, I take that back. It’s all working now. Thank you so much!
