Trying to re-set up office speakers, not working

Our office recently upgraded our wi-fi access points. (Same password etc mind, other devices worked seamlessly)  As we couldn't get the Sonos speakers to connect, I have tried factory resetting and starting from scratch. After going through the setup process on the app (successfully!) The app says that the speaker has been added but may not appear in the system tab until after a reboot. After multiple reboots it still does not appear in the app and another factory reset and set up has not made a difference.

At the moment, I am working with one single Sonos Play:1 for troubleshooting, but there is a whole building full of speakers that are essentially unusable. Any ideas?

Most office wifi environments do not allow different devices to communicate to each other, which is necessary for Sonos. You could check if this is the case in your new network.
