I have a Sonos 1 system including one play:3 and two play:5 and a ZP90.

My ZP-90 stoped working (it’s dead) so I bought a “new” second handed.

Since I received it I have facotry reset it, plugged it by wire to my router and tried to install it (from my iPhone-app) via system->add product. But the system can’t find it.

When I reboot it now it starts blink green.

I have rebooted everything: the modem, the router, unplugged all play-speakers, the apps on my two phones.

Any ideas?

Assuming the ZP90 was factory reset by the previous owner then I suggest you run a diagnostic, post the reference ID # in your next post and call Sonos Tech support on Monday.

I wonder if the ZP90 was bricked by the short-lived “reycle” program?

If on iOS try my app “Phonos Plus”, it will find any Sonos device on a hardwired network including reset and bricked devices.
