Hi, we have two ipads controlling newer sonos products - the ipads are not new but are purely used for Sonos. Yesterday both of them came up with the message
“The OS on this mobile device is no longer supported”
The sonos app can no longer recieve updated. To fix this, update the Os on the mobile device or use a device with a newer OS.
Do we have to replace two perfectly fine Ipads to continue using the Sonos app? They are fully up to date (OS 12.9.5 i believe). As mentioned they are purely for the sonos across two of our wedding venues (new SONOS products that are expensive). To get rid of two perfectly fine ipads seems very un eco and not right. Is there a way around this?
