Last night my Sonos One stereo pair stopped working while playing Sonos Radio. They show up in the app and both show they are connected to my WiFi with a string connection. I tried rebooting and can’t seem to play music through them. All my other Sonos components are working fine. Really frustrating.

A network refresh often helps. Power down all Sonos and reboot the router then power up the Sonos.
If it keeps happening reserving IP addresses may stop it.
Will they play a different station? Will they play if you group them with a room that’s already playing? Have you tried generating a diagnostics report and calling Sonos support?
