My Sonos Connect can see songs on my iTunes library but to play them I have to slect and play . When I try to play a play list or artist from the library I get the ‘’Unable to add songs to the queue” This is not a problem with my Sonos Play or my Connect Amp .

Hi @tenri1983,

This error is usually caused by network communication problems, so I would recommend fully rebooting your Sonos system. You would do this by restarting the Router → Sonos speakers → Controller running the Sonos app, in that order by powering them off for around one minute.

Another cause of network issues is wireless interference, so if you still experience issues after rebooting your system, then take a look into our guide on reducing wireless interference
