I recently purchased a Sonos amp today, and while it sounds great and my Subwoofer turns on, I cannot adjust the levels via the app. If i turn the levels up or down, or even turn the sub off, nothing happens. The sub remains on playing very low. 

 

Is there a workaround to this? I see others are having similar issues. I waited over an hour to speak to sonos customer service today and the woman who answers had no clue what I was talking about. She just said some features should be available in July, but after explaining to her what my issue was over and over she was not understanding, even told me that since I have  third party sub it wouldn't work.
