Hello to all, today phone music library is not completely found. It was before. Additionally  the  Artist index is not in alphabetical order.

Any clue?

Kind regards,

Arnaldo

Hi @Aspicacci, thanks for reaching out to the Sonos Community!

Is the music stored directly on the phone, or on an SD card? Or perhaps a mix of both? Have there been any changes since it was last working?

It may help to reboot the phone completely, as well as cycling the Storage permission for the Sonos app - you can do that by going to Settings > App Preferences > Manage Android Settings > Permissions.

Let us know if this helps at all.

Hello Xander,

No particular change that I can think of. Music is stored in SD card and has been working just fine since a few days ago, maybe it's the app update.....

Will try to move and place back the albums.

Still Artist list is in a random order, very strange indeed.

Kind regards from Italy!

Understood, strange that you’re only missing some of the music.

If you’re not seeing any difference after moving the missing albums around, it may be worth reaching out to our Support Team via live chat or phone call.

While music stored on an SD card is not fully supported, we’ll be happy to help you get to the bottom of this - the support team will be able to take a look through some diagnostics of your system and perform some troubleshooting with you :)
