I'm getting low quality album art when playing music from Spotify using the Sonos interface (using the connected Spotify account) 

 

But quality is fine when I use Spotify's interface to 'play on speaker' and select my Sonos. 

 

This is driving me away from using the Sonos app.

This is being discussed in at least two other threads. Ultimately, it’s Spotify that is sending the incorrect information to Sonos for the display. Probably best to contact Spotify and complain.

Note that Spotify uses different servers to feed Sonos than they do to feed their own app on your device.
