Wait er…It’s coming through … I’m getting… ‘my Sonos One isn’t working with Alexa’ .. or something similar ha ha

I would perhaps first try it plugged into a different power outlet. Sometimes ‘noise’ can come from an outlet, or extension lead/multi-plug etc.
I’ve also seen rare cases of wifi interference being involved, most specifically from nearby, perhaps unshielded, power supplies adding to the issue.
